I am inspired by my love of nature. Growing up, I always wanted to capture the world in its natural state instead of the world that we’ve created with buildings and technology. I like the peace that nature has to offer.
One thing that helps me make a story feel real is using costumes and makeup. I got into special effects makeup when I was in High School. I like to keep my process as simple as possible, using common household items such as toilet paper and tissues as a base layer of skin, and Maraschino Cherry sauce with chocolate syrup to create fake blood.
I create short films and commercial like videos by using videography, photography, motion graphics, and editing.
Some techniques I use to make my work more professional and better understood are color grading, sound design, costumes, and makeup.
